I am a 2L at the University of Dayton School of Law. Interested in constitutional structure (separation of powers, executive power, federalism), and legal history. My friends call me “Pat”.
This blog will serve as a locus for my personal thoughts on issues pertaining to the Constitution, legal history, and current events. I want this blog to be a space for people to engage in the principled, respectful exchange of ideas. Above all, this blog is my attempt to contribute to the vast amount of scholarship and commentary on these issues. The Constitution is a passion of mine, and I hope to share it with all audiences.
